We believe they are the most important people in our Company and, that by looking after them, they will look after our business and most importantly look after you. All our staff are highly trained and qualified and possess the skills and capabilities to do their job to the highest standard. We continuously monitor their progress in the workplace to ensure that they are providing the highest quality standards of care and support.

Prior to commencing employment with us we carry out rigorous background checks on each individual which includes obtaining written references, investigation of employment history and more importantly we receive a copy of their DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service). All staff undergo a rigorous induction programme at our in house training centres. Willow Home care's dedicated training officers assess all staff on their ability to understand our policies and procedures and how to care and support someone at home safely and effectively.
